One transaction deploys the strategy contract and launches its token on Pons with the buy/sell tax you choose, 1–10% (Pons adds 1%). The contract is the fee recipient; your dev buy lands in the same block.
Every minute the worker harvests fees into the contract, reads live Collector Crypt listings on Solana and Robinhood Chain, and ranks the matches in your order.
When the budget covers the top match it buys the slab, records the purchase on-chain, and the card is raffled to holders, kept forever or flipped at a markup.

Each strategy is its own contract on Robinhood Chain. It is the token's fee recipient, stores the rules hash, and splits every harvest itself: 20% platform, 0–10% deployer, the rest is card budget.
The drand round is fixed when a card is bought, so nobody knows it in advance. Tickets are balance × time held over the whole window, so buying minutes before a draw earns almost nothing. The contract rejects any winner the snapshot and beacon don't produce.
Budget leaves the contract only through release(), only to the strategy's own agent wallet, only up to a rolling 24h cap. A guardian can pause every release at once.
At a 3% tax, the tax plus 70% of Pons's 1% fee goes to the strategy: 4–15× more per dollar of volume than the 0.24–0.95% a pump.fun creator fee pays. Deployers can go up to 10%.
